A silent retreat is a intentional way of going deep in the spiritual life.
This retreat will be the traditional Ignatian format for three days with a daily rhythm of spiritual direction where four scripture meditations will be assigned daily by the director tailored personally to you and prayed with throughout the day in four holy hours followed by journaling.
Daily Mass and three full meals will be provided. Outside of Mass and daily spiritual direction, all meals and other time is spent in silence.
The four daily Holy Hours based on the assigned scripture meditations take up the bulk of the day’s time and energy.
