The Music at A&J Performing Arts Series serves our community by providing concerts and other performance opportunities in music. With an emphasis on sacred music, we seek to celebrate and champion performing artists who expose our local community to God’s gift of artistic creativity. By expressing and witnessing the goodness of this gift, we hope to enrich the culture of our church and local community.

Sunday, September 7th – Catholic Classics: The Treasury of Sacred Music
- Join Director of Music Patrick McGuire, Brenna LaRue, and other special guests for a collaborative concert of Catholic sacred music. This modest overview of music history in the church will showcase the heritage of Catholic sacred music.
Sunday, November 2nd – Sweetness & Sorrow: Organ Music for All Souls
- Director of Music Patrick McGuire plays organ music fitting the theme of All Souls Day, including Franz Liszt’s “Requiem for Organ,” and other works by Lemmens, Willan, and Elgar.
Sunday, December 19th – Advent Lessons & Carols
- A concert of song and scripture to share the story of salvation, anticipating the birth of Jesus Christ.
Sunday, January 25th – Saints & Psalms: Solo Organ Recital with Dr. Beverly Everett
- A solo organ recital of music written about the heavenly saints above and the Psalms of sacred scripture. Featuring works by Reubke, Mealor, and Eads.
Monday, April 13th – Solo Piano Recital: Thiago André
- Collaborative pianist extraordinaire of Sts. Anne & Joachim parish takes center stage for a recital of beautiful piano music from great masters of classical music, and music from his home country of Brazil.
Sunday, May 14th – Sts. A&J Spring Concert: Ensembles of Sts. Anne and Joachim
- 4 Choirs, Organ, and Orchestra combine for a night of music devoted to our Blessed Mother to close out our Performing Arts Series for the year.
